Farmers Market Vegetable Platter - straight from Boyne City Farmers market; assortment of fresh seasonal vegetables with creamy green goddess dip

Fruit Platter - farm fresh berries, sliced melons, pineapple, and citrus fruits

Charcuterie Platter- a delicious spread of cured meats and salamis with assorted pickles, grain mustard, and crusty baguette

Chicken Salad Cups- creamy chicken salad with dried cherries; served in endive boats topped with fresh chives

Caprese Skewers- cherry tomato, mozzarella, basil; topped with balsamic syrup

Deviled Eggs - a twist on the classic; topped with bacon and sriracha

Stuffed Sweet Peppers - colorful peppers stuffed with creamy garlic and herb goat cheese

Baked Spinach and Artichoke Dip - warm and bubbly dip; served with with crusty baguette and crackers

Baked Brie- creamy French brie; topped with fruit jam and wrapped in flaky puff pastry

Crab Cakes- fresh Maryland lump crab; topped with lemon aioli and herbs

Bacon Wrapped Dates - Mejool dates; glazed with local maple syrup and stuffed with blue cheese

Grilled Cheese Shooters- brioche bread grilled with aged cheddar; served on top of a tomato soup shooter

Spanakopita- phyllo dough filled with feta and spinach

Petit Twice-Baked Potato- with cheddar, bacon, sour cream, and chives

Like all of Fresh Coast Catering's menu, soup is very seasonal! I am happy to customize and choose from many soups to cater to your palate

Salads

House Salad- farm greens, carrots, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, focaccia croutons; served with buttermilk ranch dressing or herb vinaigrette

Summer Salad- farm greens, strawberries, goat cheese, sunflower seeds; served with lemon vinaigrette

Traverse City Cherry- fresh arugula, dried Michigan cherries, blue cheese, candied walnuts; served with balsamic vinaigrette

Farmers Market Chop Salad- crunchy butter lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, carrots, radishes, aged cheddar; served with buttermilk ranch

Caesar- fresh romaine, parmgiano reggianno, focaccia croutons; served with classic Caesar dressing

Classic Redskin Potato Salad - celery, red onion, and creamy Hellman's mayonnaise

Sirloin Steak - grilled to your preference; served with caramelized onions and mushrooms
